Be My Little Teddy Bear

I’m so happy I don’t know what to do,
I’ve a sweetheart and I’m sure he is true,
And though I tease him, we never fight,
He’s always with me day and night,
When I rub against his pretty bear skin,
It’s like velvet as I cuddle to him,
Then I declare, my Teddy bear,
All my love with you I’ll share.

Come along with me, be my Teddy B.,
Teddy, let me take you,
I’m so blue, come to me, do,
Teddy, it’s true, I’m longing for you,
Come and play with me, be my Teddy B.,
I’ll promise not to break you.
I just want to tease you
Hug you tight and squeeze you
Oh! oh! oh! oh I love you so,
Be my little Teddy Bear.

Come along with me, be my Teddy B.,
Teddy, let me take you,
I’m so blue, come to me, do,
Teddy, it’s true, I’m longing for you,
Come and play with me, be my Teddy B.,
I’ll promise not to break you.
I just want to tease you
Hug you tight and squeeze you
Oh! oh! oh! oh I love you so,
Be my little Teddy Bear.

Don’t you wish that you were my Teddy B
Think of all the fun that you’d have with me,
I’ve never yet loved a men it’s true,
But you could show me what to do,
Just imagine what a picnic for you,
We could be so happy, only we two,
Do not refuse, think what you’ll lose,
You’re the Teddy bear I choose.

Come along with me, be my Teddy B.,
Teddy, let me take you,
I’m so blue, come to me, do,
Teddy, it’s true, I’m longing for you,
Come and play with me, be my Teddy B.,
I’ll promise not to break you.
I just want to tease you
Hug you tight and squeeze you
Oh! oh! oh! oh I love you so,
Be my little Teddy Bear.

Come along with me, be my Teddy B.,
Teddy, let me take you,
I’m so blue, come to me, do,
Teddy, it’s true, I’m longing for you,
Come and play with me, be my Teddy B.,
I’ll promise not to break you.
I just want to tease you
Hug you tight and squeeze you
Oh! oh! oh! oh I love you so,
Be my little Teddy Bear.

When the Flowers Bloom in Spring-Time (Molly Dear)

Molly dear, now don’t be sighing,
Molly dear, now don’t be sad,
Winter days, will soon be flying,
Spring will come then you’ll be glad;
Through the fields we’ll roam together,
To the church just down the lane,
Though ’tis dark and stormy weather,
Spring-time dear will come again.

When the flowers bloom in spring-time,
Molly bye and bye,
We’ll go roaming in the gloaming,
’neath a summer sky,
Down in clover land we’ll wander
we’ll be happy don’t you fear;
When the flowers bloom in spring-time,
In the spring-time dear.

When the flowers bloom in spring-time,
Molly bye and bye,
We’ll go roaming in the gloaming,
’neath a summer sky,
Down in clover land we’ll wander
we’ll be happy don’t you fear;
When the flowers bloom in spring-time,
In the spring-time dear.

Molly dear, the birds are singing,
Molly dear, the world is gay,
Marriage bells, will soon be ringing,
For this is our wedding day;
Sweetheart mine the sun is shining,
Let me whisper once again,
As I did when you were pining,
Spring-time dear will come again.

When the flowers bloom in spring-time,
Molly bye and bye,
We’ll go roaming in the gloaming,
’neath a summer sky,
Down in clover land we’ll wander
we’ll be happy don’t you fear;
When the flowers bloom in spring-time,
In the spring-time dear.

When the flowers bloom in spring-time,
Molly bye and bye,
We’ll go roaming in the gloaming,
’neath a summer sky,
Down in clover land we’ll wander
we’ll be happy don’t you fear;
When the flowers bloom in spring-time,
In the spring-time dear.

Rose In The Bud

Rose in the bud,
The June air’s warm and tender,
Why do you shrink your petals to display?
Are you afraid to bloom in crimson splendour
Lest someone come and steal your heart away?

Rose in the bud,
The evening sun is sinking,
Wait not too long and trifle not with fate;
Life is so short and love is all,
I’m thinking,
Love comes but once, and then, perhaps, too late.

I’m Sorry

When your sweetheart starts a pouting,
Don’t go ’round the house a-shouting,
Try to bear in mind the golden rule;
For the course of true love ne’er ran smooth,
we learned at school.
Just keep cool and never hurry,
There’s no time to fret and worry,
Things like this occur most ev’ry day;
When the trouble’s over then you feel in clover,
When you hear her softly say:

“I’m sorry, sorry,
Honest, I’m as sorry as can be;
Sorry, sorry,
Won’t you please make up with me?
You are missing
Lots of little cuddles and some kissing,
I know I wouldn’t feel so blue,
If I only knew that you were sorry too.”

When you’re married and your trouble
Seems as if it’s coming double,
Just keep on a trav’ling up the hill;
Just the darkness goes before the dawn
and always will.
When you see a storm a-brewing,
Go ahead and start your wooing,
Just remember love will find a way;
All the teardrops sprinkling, vanish in a twinkling,
If you go to her and say:

“I’m sorry, sorry,
Honest, I’m as sorry as can be;
Sorry, sorry,
Won’t you please make up with me?
You are missing
Lots of little cuddles and some kissing,
I know I wouldn’t feel so blue,
If I only knew that you were sorry too.”

the golden rule:黄金律。
make up with:仲直りする。

And A Little Bit More

Handsome Jimmy Snow
Was Lady’s Beau;
Loved them all,
Large and small;
He could not resist
Any pretty miss;
If one chanc’d to catch his eye.

Till at last he fell
For a dashing belle;
Sighed and sighed,
Lied and lied,
She’d just lured him on,
Listen to his “con,”
Laugh’d at him when he’d cry

“I’d like to be a friend to you,
And a little bit more,
I’d like to be your cousin, too,
And a little bit more.
I’d like to be your honey bee,
And buzz around a your door,
Then you’d get all that’s a coming to you,
And a little bit more!

“I’d like to be a friend to you,
And a little bit more,
I’d like to be your cousin, too,
And a little bit more.
I’d like to be your honey bee,
And buzz around a your door,
Then you’d get all that’s a coming to you,
And a little bit more!

Once she said to him,
“You’re a winner,Jim,
I’ll agree,
You won me,
If you want to be
Something more to me,
I will be your sister too!

Just then from the hall
Came the parrot’s call,
“Au Revoir,
Say, no more!
Find some other spot;
That’s the time you got
All that’s coming to you!”

“I’d like to be a friend to you,
And a little bit more,
I’d like to be your cousin, too,
And a little bit more.
I’d like to be your honey bee,
And buzz around a your door,
Then you’d get all that’s a coming to you,
And a little bit more!

“I’d like to be a friend to you,
And a little bit more,
I’d like to be your cousin, too,
And a little bit more.
I’d like to be your honey bee,
And buzz around a your door,
Then you’d get all that’s a coming to you,
And a little bit more!
